Guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged the full booking amount. No-shows are charged 100% of the total reservation cost. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. For special circumstances such as medical emergencies, please contact us directly with supporting documentation and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

SmokingThis is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and e-cigarettes — is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including all rooms, balconies, corridors, and shared areas. Guests found violating this policy will be charged a deep-cleaning fee of up to $150. Please respect this rule for the comfort of all guests.PetsSmall, well-behaved pets (under 10 kg) are welcome with prior notice and approval. A pet fee of $10 per night applies. Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas and are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Owners are fully responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by their pets. Children of all ages are welcome at this property. Children under 5 stay free when using existing bedding. Children aged 5 and above are counted as full guests for pricing purposes. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of children at all times. Please request a cot or extra bedding during booking if needed — additional charges may apply.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due at check-in. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, and Mobile Money. A refundable damage deposit of $100 will be pre-authorized at check-in and released within 7 days of check-out, provided the property is left in good condition. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Please ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds prior to arrival. Receipts are available upon request.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all bookings. Maximum stay is 30 nights. For extended stays beyond 30 nights, please contact us directly to discuss long-term rates and arrangements. Group bookings (6 or more guests) must be approved in advance. Please message us before booking to confirm availability and any group-specific terms. All guests must be listed at check-in and valid ID verified for the lead guest. We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet our stay requirements or that appear inconsistent with our property's intended use.
